For custom or large-volume orders, please allow 4–6 weeks. We always aim to meet urgent deadlines when possible — contact our sales team for expedited options.

Our minimum order quantity varies by product type and specifications. Typically, standard power cords require an MOQ of 1,000–3,000 units, while custom designs or specialized cables may have higher MOQs to ensure cost-effective production. Please share your requirements with us for an accurate quote.

We offer flexible shipping options to meet your needs:

• FOB / CIF / EXW terms available
• Sea freight for bulk orders
• Air freight or courier for urgent shipments
• We can also work with your nominated freight forwarder or handle door-to-door delivery if needed.

Our customization process is simple:

• Our engineering team reviews feasibility and provides technical drawings for your approval.
• We prepare a sample if needed.
• Once approved, we proceed with production under strict quality controls.

Our standard payment terms are:

• 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment (T/T).
• For long-term partners, L/C or other terms may be negotiable.
• All transactions are covered by pro forma invoices with clear payment instructions.

We can customize cable length, wire gauge, conductor, insulation material, plug type, connector, terminal and other specifications according to project requirements.

Yes. We can develop and manufacture custom cable products based on drawings, samples or detailed specifications. Our team can assist with product development, sampling and production.

Yes. We provide OEM and ODM services for power cords, extension cords, cable assemblies and other customized cable products, from samples and small batches to volume production.

Cable customization itself does not normally incur additional customization charges. Customers can customize cable specifications such as wire gauge, cable length, conductor, insulation, color and other applicable specifications, subject to MOQ requirements.

Yes. Custom plug development may require a separate tooling or development cost. The cost is typically around USD 300–600 per plug design, depending on the specific plug requirements.

Yes. The custom plug tooling cost can be refunded when the cumulative production quantity of the same plug design reaches 20,000 pcs. The quantity is calculated based on cumulative production of the same customized plug design.

MOQ depends on the cable specifications, materials, plug or connector requirements and production process. Cable customization does not normally add a separate customization fee, but applicable MOQ requirements apply.
